Want to make an easy $10 to $100 a day… every day, without doing much at all? Sounds like writer’s nirvana, doesn’t it? :-)

Many writers are developing Web properties - Web sites they create specifically for the passive income they produce every day. These Web sites can be on any topic at all, as long as the topic has Web surfers looking for information.

Here’s the process in brief.

* To find a topic for a site, watch for new trends, products and events in the news. Or choose a topic in which you have an interest - it could be a hobby, for example;

* Find out whether there are monetization possibilities for the topic. Are people searching for information on the topic? Are there advertisers?

* Create a site. You should be able to create a small five to 10 page site within a few hours;

* Monetize the site with advertising.

All done. :-)

The “find a topic” stage of the process can be a stumbling block for new Web publishers. I’ve got a tiny notebook just for site ideas which I carry around with me. I’ve got hundreds of ideas in this notebook which I’ve gathered over the past year, more than I could ever use.

I commend this process to you. If you find a topic before it becomes hot, you could be the next Internet millionaire. Keep your eyes open.
