Teaching Sells

You may know that I’m a huge proponent of “free” writing: that is, writing for self promotion, and writing Web sites and blogs an monetizing them.

However, I’m also a proponent of selling content. It’s ridiculously easy to package what you know and profit from it online - see my ebook on writing ebooks.

Selling information, rather giving it away, is a way to write for long term income. Otherwise, when you keep writing for clients and publishers, you’re constantly trading your hours for income.

Brian Clark’s written a very interesting free report: Teaching Sells. It’s well researched, and thought provoking. Great information for Web writers. I commend it to you.
